King is a one-of-a-kind stallion, with his line bred King P-234 pedigree, and his rare 100% Foundation breeding. That is not where the story stops. We acquired King at a livestock auction on accident. We went to sell a few horses, and were waiting for our paperwork when a poorly fed bay was rode into the auction ring. We were numbed by the usual drum of the auctioneer, and disappointed to see that someone had not cared for this little guy the way he deserved. Then, we heard the pedigree of this starving animal. Don and I looked at each other, and our hands went in the air. That is where King's story began. We were unsure of what we bought, but soon found that this "Little King" was more a blessing than anything. We have ridden him right beside other horses and often felt that we were astride a gelding. He is comic relief here at the ranch, and he is always willing to give you a snuggle. At the auction we were able to see some of his offspring, and he puts a gorgeous hip, and a cute head on his colts. We are awaiting his first arrival Spring 2005, and so far have not had a problem keeping him booked full. So, I urge you to take part, and "Put a King in Your Barn!"
